You will use the Personals Service for personal reasons only and not for commercial purposes.

personalsboard.com is not responsible for any issues, problems, conflicts or disputes that may arise between You and any Personals Service users. You agree that You and the party/parties concerned are responsible for settling such matters. You are welcome to raise such matters with personalsboard.com. personalsboard.com reserves the right to involve or not involve itself in the same.

personalsboard.com reserves the right to edit and/or reject the your Personal service advertisement/s. personalsboard.com reserves the right to reject or censor the images You introduce to the Personals Service.

Nothing in personalsboard.com creates a relationship between You and personalsboard.com.

personalsboard.com is free to offer this opportunity to other individuals or entities.

You agree to fully compensate personalsboard.com and any related party, for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of your conduct.

personalsboard.com offers the Personals Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without guarantees of any kind. personalsboard.com does not guarantee this program will be fit or suitable for any purpose.

personalsboard.com's failure to enforce a particular term or condition herein does not constitute a waiver of the same.

If it is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction that any provision contained in this Agreement is illegal or unenforceable, such determination shall solely affect the subject illegal or unenforceable provision and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions in this Agreement.

This Agreement supersedes any and all negotiations, understandings or agreements, whether written or verbal, between the parties hereto concerning the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may not be changed nor modified, nor may any provision hereof be waived, except in writing by personalsboard.com.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canberra ACT Australia. You hereby submit to the Jurisdiction of Canberra ACT Australia law.
